For experienced RN’s this is an autonomous position that drives you to use all of your top nursing skills and critical thinking. We offer flexible daytime work schedules including working every 4th weekend, working every 3rd holiday and on call 1-2 days in a 6 week rotation. 8, 10 and 12 hour shifts available. Working in home health enables you to treat the patient in the comfort of their home, where patients are able to thrive and own their own health care. We create personalized assignments close to home for each RN.
