Experienced Full Stack Data Analyst – Adversarial Abuse/Analytics Lead

Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced and visionary leader to join our Trust and Safety team as a Senior Director, Global Head, Adversarial Abuse/Analytics. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing strategies to identify and mitigate threats to user safety, while also driving business growth and innovation. You'll lead a team of experts in adversarial abuse and analytics, working closely with cross-functional partners to develop and implement solutions that prevent harm and promote a safe and inclusive online community.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead the Adversarial Abuse team responsible for identifying and eliminating threats to user safety, including account takeovers, spam, and other forms of malicious behavior.

• Develop and execute strategies to prevent and mitigate threats to user safety, working closely with cross-functional partners to develop and implement solutions.
• Collaborate with the Business Analytics team to develop and implement data-driven solutions to prevent and mitigate threats to user safety.
• Work closely with the Product Management team to develop and implement new features and tools to prevent and mitigate threats to user safety.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including law enforcement, government agencies, and industry partners.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies, including generative AI, and develop strategies to mitigate potential threats.
• Develop and implement metrics and analytics to measure the effectiveness of our efforts to prevent and mitigate threats to user safety.
• Collaborate with the Trust and Safety leadership team to develop and implement strategies to promote a safe and inclusive online community.

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as computer science, mathematics, or statistics.

• 4+ years of experience in a related field, including 2+ years of experience in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of developing and executing strategies to prevent and mitigate threats to user safety.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement data-driven solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
• Strong business acumen, with the ability to develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and innovation.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

* Postgraduate education in a related field, such as computer science, mathematics, or statistics.

• 2+ years of experience working with large datasets and machine learning models.
• Experience working with SQL, R, and/or Matlab.
• Strong experience in data analysis and visualization, with the ability to develop and implement metrics and analytics to measure the effectiveness of our efforts to prevent and mitigate threats to user safety.
• Experience working in a cloud-based environment, with the ability to develop and implement scalable solutions.
• Strong experience in leadership and management, with the ability to develop and implement strategies to promote a safe and inclusive online community.
