Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support. This part-time remote position offers the flexibility to work from home while still being part of a dynamic and growing team. Key Responsibilities

  • Perform mechanical services and light repair on soft drink fountain equipment according to company standards.
  • Investigate and diagnose issues with pop fountain equipment to ensure prompt resolution.
  • Maintain all refrigeration equipment in good working condition to prevent downtime and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Move equipment to perform all mechanical services on fountain hardware, including preventative maintenance, software updates, and cosmetic repairs.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, remaining positive and professional in all interactions.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent degree/certificate.
  • A valid driver's license.
  • Technical aptitude and experience in repairing machines.
  • The ability to lift 50 pounds.
  • Flexibility to work on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., mechanical engineering, customer service).
  • Experience in the beverage industry or a related field.
  • Knowledge of soft drink fountain equipment and maintenance procedures.
