Key Responsibilities

As an experienced warehouse team member, you'll be responsible for a variety of tasks that require physical stamina, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic. Some of your key duties may include:

• Receiving and putting away inventory in a timely and efficient manner
• Selecting, packing, and shipping orders to meet customer expectations
• Loading boxes into trucks for shipment, ensuring accurate and secure transportation
• Using scanners to read bar codes on products, maintaining accurate inventory levels
• Viewing prompts on screens and following directions for specific tasks
• Troubleshooting problems and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Ensuring product meets quality requirements, adhering to strict safety and quality standards
• Operating power industrial trucks (PIT) such as forklifts or pallet drivers, working at heights up to 35 feet
• Providing excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:

• Ability to lift up to 49 pounds, push utility carts up to 60 pounds, and stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts
• Ability to work at heights up to 40 feet on a mezzanine, where applicable
• Ability to adhere to strict safety, quality, and fulfillment production standards
• High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in a warehouse or logistics environment preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities and deadlines
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies, processes, and procedures

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

• Prior experience in a warehouse or logistics environment, with a strong understanding of inventory management and shipping procedures
• Certification in operating power industrial trucks (PIT) such as forklifts or pallet drivers
• Experience working with scanning equipment and inventory management software
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
• Ability to work in a variety of temperatures, including hot and cold environments
