What You'll Do

As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, your responsibilities will include:

• Providing consistently excellent customer service, ensuring a positive experience at all contact points
• Performing various airport-related tasks, including check-in, gates, transfer, arrival, luggage services, and ticketing (ATAc)
• Working closely with team leaders to ensure the smooth operation of daily activities
• Conducting administrative tasks, such as ATAc, pre-flight, and post-flight departure
• Adhering to uniform standards and adopting a customer-centric approach at all times
• Promoting and selling arenaflex services and products to our customers
• Attending and completing all mandatory training by given deadlines
• Adhering to and promoting safe working practices at all times
• Performing other reasonable duties as required by the post

• The ability and willingness to work in a shift environment, including weekends, bank holidays, and public vacations
• Reliability and punctuality
• Compliance with all arenaflex policies and procedures
• The ability to communicate both written and verbally to a high standard
• A valid BAA airside pass
• GSAT training
• The willingness and ability to efficiently complete all relevant training
• A valid DVLA driving license, with the ability to apply for a BAA driving license as and when required
• The willingness and ability to teach and maintain a valid BAA jet bridge permit as and when required
