Remote HR Assistant – Entry Level, WFH

Key Responsibilities
- * Assist with recruitment processes including job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
- * Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
- * Support the onboarding process by preparing new hire documentation and coordinating orientation schedules.
- * Help manage employee attendance, leave requests, and timesheet tracking.
- * Coordinate internal communications and distribute HR-related information and announcements.
- * Assist in preparing HR reports and documents for management review.
- * Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures in a timely manner.
- * Support payroll administration by gathering necessary information and documentation.
- * Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations related to HR functions.
- * Perform general administrative tasks as assigned by the HR Manager or team.
- Required Skills and Qualifications
- * Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- * Basic understanding of HR functions and labor laws is a plus.
- * Strong organizational skills with an attention to detail.
- * Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- * Proficiency in bolthires Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with HR software or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is desirable.
- * Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- * Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
- * Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Experience
- * No prior professional HR experience required; internships or relevant coursework in HR are beneficial.
- * Previous administrative or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
