Job Summary:

We're seeking a highly motivated and empathetic Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key point of contact for our clients, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support and guidance on their pharmacy benefit plans. You'll work closely with our clients to address their concerns, resolve issues, and provide personalized solutions to enhance their healthcare experience.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to inbound calls and provide timely support to clients regarding their pharmacy benefit plans, including medication coverage, mail-order solutions, and other related inquiries.

  • Utilize your knowledge and expertise to offer solutions that improve clients' understanding of their benefits and options.
  • Collaborate with clients to resolve issues and concerns, ensuring a positive and empathetic experience.
  • Work closely with our team to ensure seamless communication and efficient issue resolution.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Required Qualifications:

* Partners degree or identical experience

  • Strong client care skills, including friendly phone manners and exceptional communication skills
