Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our remote team at arenaflex. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling a high volume of calls, and resolving customer issues in a first-contact resolution approach. Responsibilities:

* Compassionately assist customers with exploring a variety of post-order issues, such as delivery questions, damages, returns, substitutions, assembly services, and order notifications.

  • No canned responses or scripted interactions – these are genuine human-to-human connections where you can make a real difference.
  • arenaflex will invest in your growth and development, providing continuous training, career opportunities, and a supportive team environment.
  • Show reliability and accountability by being available and on time for your full shift every day.
  • Handle a high volume of calls, with an expected 50-60 calls per shift.
  • Meet our elite performance bar by exceeding customer satisfaction, achieving customer support proficiency metrics, and completing other assigned tasks.
  • Expertly engage with customers, building relationships and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Listen effectively and show empathy to understand customer concerns and find the best solution to address their issue.
  • De-escalate customer concerns by utilizing your conflict resolution skills to adjust the customer's needs with the company's options while remaining calm and composed.
  • Resolve issues in a first-contact resolution approach, using your critical thinking skills to find the best solution for the customer.
  • Be educated and adaptable, with the ability to navigate multiple programs, tabs, devices, and screens to quickly and accurately answer customer questions.
  • Heighten foundational issues by identifying areas for improvement and providing feedback to leadership.

Requirements:

* High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent

  • Ability to read, write, and understand the following languages: Spanish and English
  • Familiarity with working within Windows Operating Systems or similar
  • arenaflex requires a 100% attendance rate during training, and we cannot accommodate any absences, downtime, or lateness during this time.
  • Qualified candidates will be required to pass a candidate assessment to proceed with the screening process.
