Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Data Scientist to join our team, driving product development and strategic insights through robust estimation techniques, experimentation, and analysis. As a Data Scientist at arenaflex, you will be at the forefront of product innovation, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive product vision and advance measurement strategy. Key Responsibilities

• Drive product development through robust estimation techniques across experimentation, modeling, and analysis, as well as tooling
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders to shape the vision of a space, whether that is by determining product strategy or defining new metrics
• Develop experimentation and measurement strategies to increase the speed of projects and support complex navigation
• Work with ownership and accountability, ensuring that the team is delivering consistent and high-quality results that impact the decisions and direction of user insight

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Statistics, or Mathematics
• At least four years of experience applying statistical and numerical concepts to drive decisions at scale
• Strong statistical skills and instinct, with applied experience in solving problems in consumer-facing product areas
• Proficiency in SQL and statistical programming (Python and/or R)
• Passion for driving product vision and growth strategy by utilizing a wide range of techniques and building strong partnerships with stakeholders
