Job Description:
As a Data Analyst at arenaflex, you will be responsible for applying advanced analytical techniques to drive business decisions and propel the growth of our content portfolio. Your expertise will be essential in uncovering insights, identifying untapped opportunities, and informing strategic business choices.
Key Responsibilities:
* Apply advanced analytical techniques (data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, AI) on large-scale, high-dimensional data to inform business decisions
- Analyze customer behavior (e.g., viewing patterns, engagement metrics) to identify untapped customer needs and undiscovered content opportunities
- Forecast content engagement to inform acquisition decisions and optimize content distribution
- Enhance our content launch and episode release strategy
- Test marketing campaigns to optimize engagement and retention
- Ideate and develop new metrics and KPIs to measure content performance for both strategic and tactical navigation
- Provide specialized analytical support to partners to drive business growth
- Effectively communicate significant results through compelling data storytelling across the organization
Essential Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in data analysis
- Proficiency in SQL and experience in R or Python
- Experience in statistical analysis and AI techniques: decision trees, regression, clustering, etc.
- Proven ability to work independently and apply creativity in solving complex problems
- Excellent data storytelling skills through verbal, written, and visual communication
Preferred Qualifications:
* Master's degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
