Key Responsibilities
* Securely lift, load, unload, and transport cargo, mail, and baggage to and from aircraft, while ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Protect cargo, baggage, and mail from damage, loss, and weather conditions.
- Safely operate and maintain ground equipment, such as dollies, belt loaders, and tow tractors, in areas of congestion.
- Work with scanners and computers to ensure accurate tracking and delivery of cargo to customers.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless operations and efficient workflow.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Work Environment and Schedule
* Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with varying shifts, including early morning and evening shifts.
- Work in a team-based environment with a focus on collaboration and mutual support.
- Participate in physical activities, such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
