Job Description
As a Quality Control Standards Data Analyst, you will be part of a dynamic team that is dedicated to driving excellence in quality control. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Performing and assisting others in the Quality Control group in ideal data collection, validation, and root cause analysis on data components
- Helping to create and present results from complex data and analysis for both technical and non-technical clients and leaders
- Assisting in exploring ad-hoc requests arising from emerging maintenance issues and providing logical answers to enable Senior Leadership to make business decisions while balancing existing project responsibilities
- Presenting insights, trends, and potential recommendations by using data visualization tools supporting the relevant marks of the investigation to ease partner understanding
- Helping to create and disseminate specific queries to pull and coordinate data from various sources, establishing the rhythm, and approving the need of the data requirements
- Identifying irregularities in processes through reviews/audits and conveying findings to the team
- Assessing the effectiveness of processes and methods by observing for patterns and errors
- Ensuring that a compliance mindset is at the forefront of every decision
- Performing other work responsibilities as directed by Group Leader
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., data analysis, statistics, business administration, or computer science)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze large datasets with precision and accuracy
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively listen, understand, and convey ideas and results to diverse audiences
- Ability to evaluate business issues, identify valuable opportunities for data needs, and interpret resulting metrics
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a strong working knowledge of data visualization tools and technologies (e.g., Tableau, Alteryx, QuickBase)
- Ability to understand the problem, summarize, and perform root cause analysis on data, and provide recommendations using logic and reasoning
- Willingness to use PowerPoint to build presentations for verbal communications
- Past internship, capstone project, or research experience in a related field is highly desirable
- Ability to work independently in a team-oriented, help-desk environment
- Ability to focus on responsibilities seriously and be a self-motivated individual

- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
- Ability to plan and support large business initiatives
