As a Work From Home (WFH) Associate, you will provide exceptional service and support to customers, helping to create a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience. Key Responsibilities
Deliver outstanding customer service via phone, email, and chat by assisting customers with order inquiries, product information, returns, and other service issues. Handle a high volume of customer interactions in a professional and timely manner. Resolve customer concerns by clarifying issues, researching problems, and selecting the best solutions. Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Collaborate with other departments and team members to ensure customer satisfaction. Uphold Wayfairs brand values and ensure a positive customer experience at every interaction. Meet or exceed performance metrics including customer satisfaction, quality, and productivity targets. Required Skills and Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, remote environment. Basic computer literacy, including proficiency with email, internet browsers, and basic data entry. Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and processes. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. Empathetic, patient, and enthusiastic attitude towards helping customers. Experience Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, call center, or retail environments. Experience working remotely is a plus but not required. Familiarity with e-commerce or home goods industry preferred. Working Hours Full-time and part-time shifts available. Flexible scheduling, including evening, weekend, and holiday shifts as needed. Scheduled hours will be communicated in advance with opportunities for overtime during peak seasons. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a remote environment. Capable of working under minimal supervision while maintaining high levels of productivity. Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. Comfortable handling confidential information with discretion. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
