UX Content Writer (Part-Time)

Job Description
Our client, a leading technology company in the automotive space, is seeking a part-time UX Content Writer (2 days per week) to join their Product Team for an initial 3-month engagement, with a strong possibility of extension. The UX Content Writer will collaborate closely with the Product Design team to:
- Respond to incoming and ticketed requests for UX content support, including crafting error messages, explainer text, calls to action, and other product copy.
- Maintain and evolve the content style guide (voice, tone, grammar notes, etc.) in partnership with the marketing content team.
- Work with in-house UX resources to leverage AI systems that enable designers and PMs to generate content aligned with established style guides.
- Review AI-generated content for compliance with the style guide and assist in refining both the guides and AI models for improved output. Ideal Candidate
- Minimum of 5 years of copywriting experience, with a strong focus on UX copy and/or product writing.
- A portfolio showcasing relevant work.
- Availability for a two-day-per-week commitment. In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.
