Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to join our team and lead the development of our cloud infrastructure and data analytics initiatives. As a Technical Program Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy scalable and secure cloud infrastructure solutions. You'll work closely with our engineering teams to identify business needs, develop technical requirements, and drive project execution. Key Responsibilities

* Collaborate with a team of designers and engineers to address the global fleet of External Server Farms (3PDC)

• Work with cross-functional partners to understand business needs, design and execute end-to-end analysis that includes data collection, analysis, ongoing scaled expectations, and presentations
• Plan and automate metrics, iteratively building and prototyping dashboards to provide insights at scale
• Drive process improvement through data analysis, envision, and create business recommendations based on 3PDC data, identifying and acting on opportunities to improve
• Develop and maintain technical requirements and project plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical feasibility
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize project requirements, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including engineering teams, product managers, and business leaders
• Provide technical guidance and support to project teams, ensuring adherence to arenaflex's technical standards and best practices
• Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery
• Develop and maintain project metrics and dashboards, providing insights to stakeholders and driving business outcomes

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

• 4-year certification or equivalent relevant experience
• 3 years of experience in program management, with a focus on technical projects
• 3 years of experience in leading cross-functional teams, with a focus on technical projects
• Experience in financial analysis and reporting, using accounting software and controlling data collections using SQL
• Experience in data analysis and visualization, using tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• Strong technical skills, with a focus on cloud infrastructure and data analytics
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

* 3 years of experience in leading large, cross-functional projects, with a focus on technical projects

• 3 years of experience in technical program management, with a focus on cloud infrastructure and data analytics
• Experience in identifying, communicating, and collaborating with stakeholders to drive business outcomes
