Job Summary:

We're seeking a highly skilled and empathetic Customer Service Representative to join our team at arenaflex. As a full-time representative, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients, resolving a wide range of post-purchase issues, and exceeding our high standards of service excellence. Key Responsibilities:

* Provide human-to-human interactions with clients, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Handle a high volume of customer inquiries, with an average of 50-60 interactions per shift
  • Meet and exceed client satisfaction and service quality metrics, consistently delivering exceptional results
  • Skillfully communicate with clients, using active listening and empathy to understand their concerns and needs
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues, ensuring seamless client experiences
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to de-escalate client concerns, providing personalized solutions and recommendations
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to provide informed support
  • Work effectively in a team environment, sharing knowledge and best practices to drive continuous improvement

Essential Qualifications:

* 18 years of age or older

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency in Spanish and English languages
  • Experience working with Windows Operating Systems or equivalent
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous customer service experience in a call center or retail environment

  • Experience working with CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Knowledge of product information, including features, benefits, and pricing
