Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Part-Time Customer Service Representative to join our team at arenaflex. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our members through inbound calls, emails, and other communication channels. You will be the face of arenaflex, delivering a positive and empathetic experience that exceeds our members' expectations.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to inbound calls, emails, and other communication channels from members, addressing their questions, concerns, and issues related to their healthcare benefits
- Provide accurate and timely information about member benefits, including coverage, eligibility, and claims processing
- Resolve member complaints and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner, escalating complex issues to senior representatives or management as needed
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including claims processors, medical directors, and other subject matter experts, to resolve member issues and improve overall service delivery
- Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills, staying current on industry trends and best practices
Essential Qualifications
* 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, such as call centers, retail, or hospitality
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with members and internal stakeholders
- Proficiency in Windows-based applications, including Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
Preferred Qualifications
* 2+ years of experience in a healthcare or insurance-related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant technology platforms
- Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with members from diverse backgrounds
- Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCEP)
