Experienced Business Analysis Manager – Global Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Leader

As a Business Analysis Manager at arenaflex, you'll be part of our FP&A Capabilities Community for G&A and cost management, a global Center of Excellence (COE) that's shaping the future of financial planning and analysis. We're seeking an experienced business analysis leader to join our team and drive our global G&A objectives.

About the Role

As a Business Analysis Manager, you'll be responsible for leading a team of data experts and process owners in the FP&A Capabilities Center. You'll work closely with senior leaders to drive business outcomes, develop and implement process improvements, and ensure the success of our global G&A initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

* Support high-impact workstreams directly aligned with CEO priorities

• Lead process development of a new spend approval board
• Coordinate, review, and present spend requests to a panel of senior finance leaders
• Develop and present strategic recommendations to explain spending decisions
• Explore internal data systems to become proficient in spend baseline management
• Lead audits to validate productivity recommendations across the organization

We're Looking for Someone with:

* Moderate experience in financial analysis, reporting, planning, and business development (4+ years)

• Process improvement management (3+ years)
• Material experience in retail or technology industries (4+ years)
• Proven track record of contributing to and driving cross-functional teams (4+ years)
• Experience in presenting recommendations to decision-makers (4+ years)
