The Advanced and Direct Client Development Group

Within the US Shopper Marketing Group, the Advanced and Direct Client Development Group is responsible for driving incremental revenue growth through customer-driven strategies across various marketing channels, including website, paid media, email, and direct mail. Our team is passionate about creating personalized experiences that drive engagement and loyalty among our card members.

Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Senior Analyst – Customer Growth Site Marketing to join our Advanced and Direct Client Development Group. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for supporting the development of customer experiences on our website, driving revenue growth through strategic pitches, updates, and product promotions. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze data, identify opportunities for growth, and develop effective marketing strategies that drive business results.

Key Responsibilities

* Support the development of strategic pitches, updates, and product promotions across our website to drive revenue growth and customer engagement

  • Manage the daily administration of our website channel to achieve acquisition goals across our card portfolio
  • Proactively identify opportunities for growth and work with partners to develop and implement targeted marketing initiatives that enhance customer experiences and drive key engagement metrics
  • Collaborate with analysis teams to understand channel performance, translate data into insights, and inform marketing strategies
  • Support the development of channel metrics, monthly reporting and discussion, and monthly re-forecasting processes
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization to drive business results and foster a culture of collaboration and innovation

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and customer engagement through innovative marketing strategies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence positive results and foster strong partnerships across the organization
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on driving business results
  • Four-year degree in a related field

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

  • Experience working in a customer-centric marketing environment, with a focus on driving revenue growth and customer engagement
  • Strong knowledge of marketing analytics and data-driven decision-making
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing strategies
  • Certification in marketing or a related field
