Position Overview

As a Full Stack Customer Support Representative at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in providing top-notch support to our users via live chat and email channels. You'll be the first point of contact for users seeking assistance with various topics, including subscription management, billing updates, and technical issues. Your primary responsibility will be to resolve user queries efficiently, effectively, and with a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle incoming customer messages through live chat and email channels, providing timely and accurate responses to user queries.

  • Assist users with resetting passwords, navigating billing updates, redeeming discounts, and updating subscriptions.
  • Utilize internal templates and workflows to ensure clear, fast resolutions and maintain brand consistency.
  • Escalate complicated or technical cases to specialized support teams when necessary, ensuring seamless handovers and follow-ups.
  • Accurately document case notes and apply proper tags after each interaction, maintaining a high level of data quality and integrity.
  • Communicate with positivity, patience, and brand consistency, providing a world-class customer experience.

Requirements

  • Minimum 15 hours per week commitment.

Training & Onboarding

* 2-hour onboarding module covering systems, workflows, and messaging best practices.

  • Practice ticket handling in chat/email simulations to ensure you're comfortable with our tools and processes.
  • First live shift monitored for QA coaching and support, so you can hit the ground running.
  • Paid live shifts typically start within 3–5 business days.
