Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

  • Answering incoming calls, emails, and chats from clients in a timely and professional manner
  • Explaining and updating benefit coverage options to ensure clients have a clear understanding of their policies
  • Maintaining accurate client records and assisting with policy inquiries to provide seamless support
  • Providing top-tier service with a customer-first mindset, always striving to exceed client expectations
  • Working independently to hit team goals from the comfort of your own home office, with the flexibility to manage your schedule and work at your own pace

Qualifications

While prior experience is not required, we do look for candidates who possess:

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues efficiently
  • A strong desire for growth and development, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations
  • Reliability, self-motivation, and organization, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage your time effectively
