You will work under the guidance of a supervisor or coach, following structured schedules that align with U.S. Eastern or Pacific time zones. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer support tasks, with a primary focus on outbound phone calls, such as verifying insurance benefits
  • Respond to inquiries via email and messaging platforms, based on client needs
  • Participate in paid training to ensure a smooth onboarding experience and continuous learning and development
  • Work under the guidance of a supervisor or coach, following structured schedules and performance metrics
  • Monitor performance using both quantitative metrics (e.g., handle time) and qualitative standards (e.g., clarity and professionalism)

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service roles, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service and support
  • Must be a U.S. resident, with the ability to work during U.S. business hours
  • Strong, clear, and personable telephone communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and customers
  • Availability to work a part-time schedule, Monday to Friday, with flexibility to adapt to changing business needs
  • Advanced language skills in Hindi and Spanish, with the ability to communicate fluently and effectively in both languages
