Experienced Full Stack Customer Success Specialist – Travel Industry Account Management and Growth

As a Customer Success Specialist, you'll play a critical role in driving revenue growth, deepening client relationships, and delivering innovative solutions that exceed our clients' expectations.

What You'll Do:

As a Customer Success Specialist, you'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients with annual travel spend up to $1.5M. Your primary objective will be to grow client revenue through exceptional relationship management and consultative skills. You'll work closely with our clients to understand their business needs, identify opportunities for growth, and develop tailored solutions that meet their unique requirements. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing innovative account management strategies to drive revenue growth and deepen client relationships
  • Identifying opportunities to increase profitability through proactive solution delivery and value expansion
  • Leading sales efforts to deliver multiple revenue streams and further penetrate accounts
  • Developing in-depth understanding of key business drivers, organizational culture, and competitive position of assigned clients
  • Researching the marketplace and competitive products and services to highlight the value of blithequark's offerings
  • Creating pricing strategies and contributing to ongoing client P&L management
  • Leading client business planning and review sessions to align client needs and insights with our offering
  • Enhancing blithequark's value proposition through policy consultation, white paper research, and technology road mapping

What We're Looking For:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 3-5 years of account management/customer success experience, ideally in the travel industry (industry experience is not a hard requirement)
  • Ability to recognize client needs and develop creative solutions
  • Strong understanding of the external market and in-depth knowledge of the power of blithequark's value proposition
  • Ability to identify and understand client needs, motivations, and "hot" buttons to develop focused solutions
  • Shown success in consultative selling and growing client profitability
  • High motivation for success and performance
  • Confirmed innovative problem-solving and strong decision-making skills
  • Ability to maintain an active workload through excellent prioritization and planning skills
  • Strong negotiation skills, including the ability to handle objections and achieve mutually beneficial solutions
  • Ability to quickly learn, understand, and articulate key product and value services in a variety of contexts
