Job Summary

As a Workforce Management Data Entry Associate, you'll play a critical role in supporting the success of our global organization. You'll be responsible for inputting and updating workforce management data in designated systems, verifying data accuracy, and generating regular reports for management review. You'll also collaborate with team members to gather necessary data, respond to inquiries related to data entry processes, and participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills.

Responsibilities

• Input and update workforce management data in designated systems, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail

  • Verify data accuracy and rectify discrepancies as needed, maintaining confidentiality and security of sensitive information
  • Generate regular reports for management review, providing insights and recommendations for process improvement
  • Collaborate with team members to gather necessary data, fostering a culture of teamwork and communication
  • Respond to inquiries related to data entry processes, providing timely and accurate information to stakeholders
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in mathematics and computer skills

  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to identify and rectify discrepancies in data
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.), with the ability to learn new software and systems
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn from feedback
