Responsibilities

As a Chat Support Agent, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding promptly to gig workers' inquiries and providing accurate and helpful information through our chat support system.
  • Addressing and resolving gig workers' concerns, issues, or complaints with empathy and professionalism.
  • Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless and efficient chat support experience for gig workers.
  • Staying up-to-date with the features and functionalities of the blithequark platform and our partner staffing apps.
  • Assisting gig workers in navigating the blithequark platform and troubleshooting any technical issues they may encounter.
  • Actively promoting the benefits and features of blithequark to gig workers to encourage engagement and participation.
  • Documenting and escalating complex or unresolved queries to the appropriate departments for further assistance.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience as a customer support agent or similar role, preferably in the gig economy or staffing industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
