Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Customer Team Member to join our team at blithequark. As a Customer Team Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, working collaboratively with your colleagues to deliver a great shopping experience, and contributing to the overall success of our store. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Team Member at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing friendly and thoughtful service to our customers, responding to their queries, and championing our products and services
  • Working collaboratively with your colleagues to solve problems and deliver a great shopping experience
  • Maintaining the store's safety and legality, ensuring that shelves are stocked, prices are accurate, and temperatures are controlled
  • Helping to introduce new products and services, making changes feel natural, and sharing experiences with your colleagues
  • Supporting your local community, getting involved in activities and events, and making a positive impact on the lives of our customers

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

As a Customer Team Member at blithequark, you will receive:

  • A competitive hourly rate of £16.80, including night shift premium
  • 22.5 hours per week, with regular overtime opportunities
  • A 6-month temporary contract, with opportunities for extension or permanent employment
  • A range of benefits, including 31 days holiday, a pension scheme with up to 10% employer contributions, and access to our virtual healthcare services and employee assistance program
