Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Data Analyst, your key responsibilities will include:

• Assembling analyses, data visualizations, and multi-functional reporting that provides critical support to the operations and decision-making for the sign-up and trade item spaces.
• Answering key business questions and providing insightful expertise on the different trade streams on D+ and Hulu to improve the customer experience and increase conversions.
• Advancing the analytical capabilities of the business, collaborating in the design of diagnostic solutions, and delivering exceptional data insights and products.
• Utilizing data visualization tools, SQL, and scripting languages to access and analyze structured and unstructured data.
• Applying descriptive and inferential statistics (t-test, chi-square, ANOVA, correlation, Regression, Factor Analysis, etc.) to understand partner behaviors/values and have an impact across the business.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• An unrestrained curiosity, high intellectual and analytical strength, and an enthusiastic pursuit of analysis-driven insights and business results.
• A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field.
• 3+ years of professional experience as an analyst in a data and analytics space with excellent SQL, Python, or R skills for complex querying, advanced analysis, performance optimization, and working with data at scale.
• Demonstrated data visualization skills with tools like Matplotlib, Seaborn, Looker, MicroStrategy, Plotly, etc.
• Experience delivering end-to-end analytics projects: taking them from unknown requirements to a successful story, open across different audiences, and eventually to a tangible business outcome.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication (written and oral) skills. Ability to build strong working relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and technical partners. Ability to present before senior management.

Preferred Qualifications

• A Master's degree in a quantitative field.
• Demonstrated data storytelling abilities with tools like Matplotlib, Seaborn, Looker, MicroStrategy, Plotly, etc.
• Knowledge of marketing landing pages, join funnel, and trade spaces.
• Ability to identify and appropriately call out issues to leadership.
• Consulting background, MBA, or other multi-industry experience.
• Strong motivation and ability to work independently.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
