Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an IT client support role, with a focus on delivering personalized services
  • Proven ability to handle client calls, demonstrating professional communication skills and a customer-centric approach
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical information and develop creative solutions
