Key Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional customer service to clients through phone, email, and chat support - Match client needs to our products and services, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and retention - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve overall service quality - Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge - Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets, including customer satisfaction and retention rates - Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, including features, benefits, and pricing

Essential Qualifications:
