Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Outbound Customer Service Representative to join our team in Tulsa, OK. As a hybrid remote position, you'll work from our Tulsa office on Mondays and Fridays, and remotely from the comfort of your own home on Tuesdays through Thursdays. In this role, you'll be responsible for conducting high-quality phone interviews with verified consumers, capturing detailed, authentic stories that power our review platform.

Key Responsibilities

* Conduct quality phone reviews with verified consumers, ensuring a high level of professionalism and establishing a positive rapport with every interaction

  • Meet minimum word count requirements for published reviews and required metrics for dials and reviews
  • Prepare calling reports on assigned days and update Review Center Dashboard on assigned weeks
  • Complete monthly recording highlights for auditing and performance management
  • Maintain accurate daily reporting for transcription and moderation, correcting and updating needed contact information to ensure timely transcription and moderation

Monthly/Weekly Expectations

* Conduct a minimum of 100 outbound calls per week, with a goal of 120 calls per week

  • Meet a minimum of 80% call completion rate, with a goal of 90% call completion rate
  • Achieve a minimum of 90% customer satisfaction rating, with a goal of 95% customer satisfaction rating
  • Meet or exceed monthly and weekly performance metrics, as set by management

Essential Qualifications

* 1+ year of experience in customer service, preferably in an outbound call center environment

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with consumers
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Proficiency in technology, including AI tools and software applications
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze and resolve complex issues
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and teamwork

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a hybrid remote environment

  • Familiarity with review platforms and customer feedback tools
  • Knowledge of consumer behavior and market trends
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
