Responsibilities

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Fluency in Slovak and English, both written and spoken.
  • Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on customer service, ensuring a positive experience for clients.

  • Prior experience in customer service is a plus but not mandatory; we're open to training and developing the right candidate.
