Key Responsibilities
As a Web Chat Representative, you will be responsible for:

Requirements
To succeed as a Web Chat Representative at blithequark, you will need:

- Excellent communication skills, including spelling, grammar, punctuation, and active listening.
- Ability to multi-task and handle 5-6 chats at a time, with a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
- Basic customer service skills, including conflict resolution, problem-solving, and professionalism.
- Proficient typing skills, with a minimum of 30+ WPM.
- Comfortable working on a computer, with a reliable internet connection.
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Satisfactory work record and attendance.

- Ability to work 6 days a week.
