Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Representative to join our Customer Support team. This is a fully remote, hourly, full-time position that requires proficiency in English. As a Data Entry Representative, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring information is entered correctly, and contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the team.

Responsibilities

Data Entry and Record-Keeping: Enter, update, and verify data in various software systems with high accuracy, ensuring consistency and integrity of information across multiple databases.

  • Communication and Collaboration: Communicate with team members to resolve discrepancies and clarify data when needed, and collaborate with the Customer Support department to ensure seamless information flow.
  • Data Validation and Review: Review and validate data for accuracy and completeness before submission, and assist in generating reports or summaries based on the data entry work.
  • Data Protection and Confidentiality: Follow company policies and procedures for data protection and confidentiality, ensuring the security and integrity of sensitive information.
  • Prioritization and Organization: Prioritize tasks effectively, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and maintain a high level of organization in a remote work environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with databases, customer relationship management (CRM) software, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.), with a strong ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.

Qualifications

Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in data entry or related fields are a plus.

  • Experience: Proven experience in a data entry role or similar, preferably in a customer support environment, with a strong understanding of data entry principles and practices.
  • Communication Skills: Strong proficiency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
  • Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping, with a strong ability to identify and correct errors.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with databases, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.), with a strong ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and maintain a high level of organization in a remote work environment.

Competitive Pay: A competitive hourly rate, with a pay range of $70,000 - $85,000 USD per year.
