Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Typing & Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

  • Accurately typing and inputting data into our internal databases and digital systems while ensuring the highest level of quality and confidentiality.
  • Performing regular data verification and correction to ensure integrity and accuracy.
  • Organizing, sorting, and managing data files and source documents.
  • Maintaining and updating customer account information and company records.
  • Following company guidelines and procedures for data handling.
  • Communicating with team members and supervisors to clarify data-related issues.
  • Meeting deadlines and productivity goals with minimal supervision.
  • Ensuring data confidentiality and complying with data protection policies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree or higher is a plus).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
  • Excellent typing speed (minimum 40 words per minute) with high accuracy.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Comfortable using various digital tools and platforms for data entry.
  • Basic understanding of office equipment such as scanners and printers (if needed).
  • Strong written communication skills in English.

Experience

While prior experience in data entry, administration, or a similar role is preferred, it is not required. We offer on-the-job training for suitable candidates with a strong aptitude and willingness to learn.
