About the Opportunity

We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Operations Support Associate to join our team. As a key member of our Care Operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring our backend operational support processes are efficient and effective, while creating a foundation for process improvement. You will work closely with our Care Operations leaders to own and optimize key standard processes, and propose ways to improve our operations.

Key Responsibilities

Own key Ops Support initiatives: Take ownership of key operational support initiatives, ensuring timely completion and effective implementation.

  • Proactively monitor and report on key operational support processes and metrics: Regularly monitor and report on key operational support processes and metrics, identifying areas for improvement and proposing solutions.
  • Support a team of documentation analysts: Troubleshoot and monitor project progress, providing support and guidance as needed.
  • Complete and monitor ECM and CHW program authorizations and annual reauthorizations: Ensure enrollment and continuation of care for patients, working with partnered health plans to understand program denials and flag any enrollment issues.
  • Provide backend support for transitions of care and referrals: Ensure closed-loop follow-up from the care team, providing clear and timely communication to our care team when there is an enrollment change or status update.
  • Support Care Operations leaders in owning and optimizing key standard processes: Become efficient in your role and propose ways to improve our operations.

What We're Looking For

1+ years of backend operations experience in a fast-paced healthcare environment: Proven experience in providing administrative and operational support in a healthcare setting.

  • Confidence to own your role and propose solutions to be successful: A results-driven attitude with a proven track record of exceeding performance indicators.
  • Reliable and comfortable in an environment that is ever-changing: A willingness to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, while maintaining a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Strong technical skills and comfort with utilizing multiple technology platforms simultaneously: Proficiency with technology, including GoogleSuite applications, Slack, and Looker (or other comparable data tools).
  • Excellent proficiency with technology, like GoogleSuite applications, Slack, and Looker (or other comparable data tools): Ability to troubleshoot software and hardware issues as they arise.
  • Requires a quiet, HIPAA compliant and internet connected space: A dedicated workspace that meets HIPAA compliance requirements.
