Key Responsibilities

As a Home Office File Clerk/ Data Entry Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining and organizing physical and digital files, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
  • Accurately entering data into our systems, including databases and spreadsheets
  • Assisting with general office tasks as needed, such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and performing administrative duties
  • Ensuring the confidentiality and security of all files and data, adhering to strict HIPAA guidelines

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in a data entry or file clerk role, preferably in a healthcare setting
