Responsibilities – Automotive Customer Service Representative

As a key member of our BDC Sales Team, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to Phone and Internet Inquiries: Promptly and professionally respond to customer inquiries, whether via phone or internet, to provide exceptional service and set the tone for our showroom.
  • Scheduling Appointments: Collaborate with the sales team to schedule appointments that lead to showroom visits and sales opportunities, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Collaborating with the Sales Team: Work closely with our sales team to ensure smooth hand-offs and follow-through, ensuring that every customer receives the best possible service.
  • Tracking Communications and Updates: Utilize CRM tools to track communications and updates, ensuring that every customer interaction is documented and followed up on.
  • Meeting and Exceeding Goals: Meet and exceed daily and weekly call and appointment goals, driving business growth and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications – Automotive Customer Service Representative

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Prior Experience in BDC, Call Center, or Customer-Facing Roles: A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent Phone Etiquette and Written Communication Skills: The ability to communicate effectively and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
  • Reliable, Organized, and Goal-Oriented: A strong work ethic, with a focus on meeting and exceeding goals.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish: A plus, but not required.
  • Automotive Industry Knowledge: A bonus, but not required.
  • Authorization to Work in the U.S.: Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.
  • Pre-Employment Testing: Must pass pre-employment testing, including background checks, MVR, and drug screening.
