Job Summary
As a full stack customer service representative, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients' customers through inbound phone calls, chat, and email interactions. You'll be the face of blithequark, delivering exceptional experiences that exceed our clients' expectations and build loyalty with their customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Provide personalized support and solutions to customers through various communication channels
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and escalate when necessary
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
- Continuously improve processes and procedures to enhance customer satisfaction and experience
- Participate in training and development programs to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proven track record in customer service and delivering outstanding customer care

Technology and Equipment Requirements
* Personal computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM (tablets like iPads, Amazon Fire, Samsung Galaxy Tab, and Chromebooks are NOT permitted)
- Wired USB headset with microphone for clear communication
- High-speed wired internet with a minimum of 10 Mbps download speed and 5 Mbps upload speed for seamless connectivity
- Mobile home internet and Satellite internet service is NOT supported by blithequark or ANY client
- Operating system of Windows 11 (some clients may accept AppleOS)
- Windows Defender Anti-Virus Installed and Active (other versions for AppleOS may be accepted)
- Smart phone needed for daily authentication
- Additional equipment may be needed - check client specific details for more info

Contractual Relationship
The relationship between you and blithequark is a contractual relationship. You will remain an independent contractor for the duration of your contractual relationship with blithequark. blithequark will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings while contracted with blithequark. When you receive your contract, you will be asked to agree to have no claim against blithequark hereunder or otherwise for vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, Social Security, worker’s compensation, health or disability benefits, overtime, unemployment insurance benefits or employee benefits of any kind.
