  • Retrieve, sort, and organize documents for data entry
  • Maintain confidentiality and data integrity at all times
  • Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation
  • Assist with generating basic reports as required
  • Communicate with team members or supervisors regarding errors or inconsistencies
  • Meet daily or weekly data entry quotas and project deadlines

Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong foundation in data entry and a keen eye for detail. The ideal candidate will have:
