Responsibilities
As an Online Data Entry and Customer Service Support Specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for:
- Participating in online and in-person focus groups, clinical trials, and phone interviews on various topics, including child-related issues, cell phones, entertainment, food, sports, electronics, pets, and automobiles
- Completing written and oral instructions, as well as written surveys, to provide valuable insights and feedback
- Using products and services, if provided, and being prepared to discuss them prior to meeting dates
- Showing up at least 10 minutes prior to discussion start times and being punctual throughout the session
- Providing honest and constructive feedback on products and services, as well as suggestions for improvement
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- A smartphone with a working camera or a webcam on a desktop/laptop
- Access to a reliable internet connection
- The ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions
- A desire to fully participate in one or several of the above topics
- The ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
Experience
