Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Prior experience in customer support or a call center environment (a plus)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
  • High-speed internet and a distraction-free home workspace
  • Flexible availability (weekends or evenings may be required)
