Responsibilities

As an Account Associate, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing proactive and timely resolutions for customer inquiries and concerns
• Building customer loyalty and bringing value through thoughtful account management, identifying opportunities for additional products, services, and solutions
• Delivering exceptional customer experiences using provided training tools, resources, and personal expertise
• Meeting department productivity and quality standards
• Completing training requirements to develop new skills, expand knowledge, and grow within blithequark

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• High School Diploma/GED (Required)
• Knowledge of Windows (Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint preferred)
• Ability to work efficiently with multiple applications and computer screens simultaneously
• ONSITE Position
• At least 18 years of age
• Legally authorized to work in the United States

• Hourly Base Pay: $20.00, plus opportunity to earn up to a total of $750 while completing training milestones
