About the Role: Retail Customer Service Associate II – Returns & Exchange

We're looking for a highly skilled and customer-focused Retail Customer Service Associate II to join our Returns & Exchange team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for creating a positive customer experience by ensuring accurate transactions, solving problems independently, and recognizing when to escalate to a manager. Your goal will be to build loyalty and emotional connections with our customers through meaningful and empathetic interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creates a positive customer experience by ensuring accurate transactions and/or orders, recording information accurately to make improvements to customers' future shopping experience.
  • Meets customers' needs, solves problems independently, and recognizes when to escalate to a manager.
  • Builds loyalty by ensuring a positive customer journey during the blithequark shopping experience.
  • Builds emotional connections through meaningful and empathetic interactions with customers.
  • Provides customers with a simple and efficient handout experience when scheduled in Full Serve Hand Out (FSHO), offering and selling services to customers during the handover process when needed.
  • Provides the customer with a simple and smooth returns and exchange experience, while collecting high-quality data for follow-up when scheduled in returns.

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • 1 year of sales or customer service experience preferred.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a starting pay rate range of $18.35 - $26.20 per hour.
