About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team during our busy holiday season. As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will play a vital role in managing increased customer inquiries, ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience. Your impact will be significant, as you help maintain high customer satisfaction and loyalty, directly contributing to blithequark's success. This is a seasonal, temporary position with 20-hour workweeks, and there is potential to flex up in hours during our peak weeks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with customer inquiries via our ticketing system and over the phone
  • Update customer records in the system, including notes about interactions
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by acknowledging and resolving customer complaints with empathy
  • Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary to maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude

What You Bring to the Table

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Customer service experience, with a focus on providing outstanding service
  • Strong time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
