Responsibilities

  • Answer customer calls and schedule sales appointments, ensuring seamless communication and exceptional customer experience
  • Respond promptly to inquiries via internet, phone, and live chat, utilizing email, scripts, and templates to provide accurate and helpful information
  • Provide customers with initial product information, directing them to the appropriate dealership resources and ensuring they receive the best possible solutions
  • Present initial financing options based on customer needs, demonstrating a deep understanding of our products and services
  • Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or who do not show up, maintaining a proactive approach to customer engagement
  • Actively participate in team and process development sessions, fostering positive relationships with teammates, sales teams, and dealership management
  • Utilize CRM tracking system daily, ensuring accurate data management and informed decision-making

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous customer service experience in at least one role, demonstrating a strong understanding of customer needs and expectations
  • Excellent team player with a collaborative attitude and a drive for improvement, contributing to a positive and productive work environment
  • Prompt and courteous demeanor, ensuring exceptional customer interactions and experiences
  • Positive and hardworking personality, with a passion for delivering outstanding results and exceeding customer expectations
