Position: Remote Customer Service Representative
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll play a key part in helping families understand and enroll in supplemental insurance benefits. This entry-level role requires no prior experience, and we'll provide comprehensive full training to ensure your success. You'll engage with clients through phone, email, and Zoom to answer benefit questions, assist with policy updates, enrollments, and client inquiries, and provide clear, accurate information and top-tier service.
Responsibilities:
* Engage with clients through phone, email, and Zoom to answer benefit questions and provide clear, accurate information
- Assist with policy updates, enrollments, and client inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain organized and secure client records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulatory requirements
- Thrive in a remote environment while working independently and professionally, using basic tech tools such as Zoom, email, CRM, and other software applications
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives, and participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
Qualifications:
* No experience necessary – we train you from the ground up
- Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
- Strong communication skills and professional demeanor, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
- Reliable, organized, and self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence
- Comfortable using basic tech tools, such as Zoom, email, CRM, and other software applications
