Role Description and Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, your primary role will be to provide exceptional support and service to policyholders, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded. Your key responsibilities will include:

Logistics and Work Arrangements

This is a 100% remote work opportunity, offering you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home. The start date for this position is October 13, 2025, and you will be required to complete an 8-week training program. The training hours will be Monday to Friday, 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM EST, and post-training hours will be Monday to Friday, 12:30 PM - 9:00 PM EST.

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A demonstrated background in customer service, call center, insurance, retail, restaurant, or a related field
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and complex environment, navigating multiple programs and systems
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with attention to detail and a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to empathize with customers and colleagues
  • Adaptability and a willingness to learn and grow with the company
  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience required
  • Spanish bilingual skills are a plus, but not essential

Technical Requirements

To work remotely, you will need to have:

  • High-speed broadband internet service (not DSL, wireless, Wi-Fi, Hotspots, Fiber without a modem, and Satellite)
  • Internet provider supplied modem/router/gateway must be hardwired to the blithequark issued computer with an ethernet cable
  • Minimum upload/download speeds of 10Mbps/100Mbps will be required

Compensation and Benefits

The annualized base pay range for this role is $42,560 - $63,840, with a base salary of $23 per hour and opportunities for growth and development. The actual base pay could vary based on factors such as performance, proficiency, and demonstration of competencies required for the role.
