Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in sales through email, utilizing excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers.

  • Maintain accurate records and reports, utilizing computer navigation and operation skills to manage data and information.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration, marketing, or communications.
  • Fluent in English speaking and writing, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Typing speed of 35 wpm with 100% accuracy, utilizing computer navigation and operation skills to manage data and information.
  • Knowledge of the beauty industry, graphic design, and marketing is a plus, with the ability to apply this knowledge to resolve customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build high levels of customer satisfaction and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in online customer service, data entry, and e-commerce operations, with a strong understanding of the beauty industry and derma-cosmetic products.
  • Graphic design and marketing experience, with the ability to apply this knowledge to create engaging content and promote our products.
