Key Responsibilities

Requirements and Qualifications

  • 2+ years of customer service experience

  • Proficient data entry skills (minimum 20 WPM typing)
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to navigate multiple computer applications simultaneously
  • Microsoft Office proficiency

  • Resilience, with the ability to remain calm, resourceful, and focused under pressure

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bilingual Spanish speakers are highly desirable, with additional pay offered for this skill
  • Experience in the energy or utility industry
  • Knowledge of renewable energy and efficiency solutions
