We are looking for a highly creative social media professional with a sharp aesthetic eye who understands beauty, movement, and storytelling. Position Overview - We are seeking a Social Media Creative who lives and breathes aesthetics. This role is for someone with a strong visual eye, passion for beauty, and the ability to capture and elevate our brand through daily content. You must be comfortable filming clients, treatments, classes, products, and behind-the-scenes moments, often under pressure and in fast-paced environments. This is a long-term position for someone who wants to grow with the brand and think outside the box. Key Responsibilities -

• Daily filming of lash, brow, facial services, trainings, products, and client results
• Creating high-quality short-form video content for Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms
• Editing videos with strong attention to detail, flow, lighting, and aesthetics
• Capturing before and after transformations with precision
• Understanding brand identity and maintaining a cohesive luxury aesthetic
• Working closely with the owner and team to execute creative vision
• Brainstorming fresh, innovative content ideas consistently
• Managing content creation under pressure and tight timelines
• Being present, proactive, and adaptable during busy service days and events

Required Skills & Qualifications -

• Strong aesthetic eye and visual sensitivity for beauty content
• Experience filming and editing social media content, especially video
• Knowledge of beauty, skincare, lashes, brows, or strong willingness to learn
• Ability to work fast without sacrificing quality
• Comfortable filming people, clients, and treatments in real time
• Skilled with editing apps and tools for mobile and professional content
• Creative thinker who can bring ideas to life independently
• Strong work ethic, discipline, and reliability
• Ability to handle pressure and move with a growing brand
